Postpartum recovery and rehabilitation

Post-delivery rehabilitation for core weakness, diastasis recti and return to everyday movement. Ask NARI Health about postnatal physiotherapy and the right starting point for your concern.

What you can discuss

Discuss abdominal weakness, concerns about abdominal separation, discomfort with lifting or feeding, and confidence returning to activity. NARI offers rehabilitation enquiries after vaginal or caesarean delivery. The physiotherapist can discuss assessment, suitable progression and when medical follow-up is needed.

Prepare for your appointment

Share your delivery date and type, healing concerns, current symptoms and advice from your maternity clinician. Describe the activities you want to return to. Ask how the plan will account for sleep, caring responsibilities and your recovery rather than following a fixed deadline.

Assessment and appropriate care

Diastasis recti and post-delivery symptoms need individual assessment. A generic workout cannot establish whether you are ready for a particular exercise. New or worsening medical symptoms after birth should go to your maternity clinician, not wait for rehabilitation.

General background: NHS patient information. This page describes our consultation services and is not an individual diagnosis or treatment plan.

Online consultations and care near you

Start with a video consultation from anywhere in India. If you prefer in-person care, ask about partner-clinic availability in Bulandshahr, Noida and Delhi NCR. The coordinator must confirm a suitable expert, clinic address, fee and slot before you travel. Some assessments require an in-person visit.

A single video consultation is ₹199. Ongoing plans are ₹799 for 7 days or ₹2,499 for 30 days. Ask what your selected plan includes; clinic visits are quoted separately. Meet the NARI panel or ask the team to help you choose.
