How much does a consultation cost?
A single video consultation is ₹199. If you want ongoing care, weekly membership is ₹799 for 7 days or ₹2,499 for 30 days, with no auto-debit. Both give unlimited consultations. Clinic visits are quoted when you book. Pay through Paytm from your NARI account; no hidden charges.
How do I pay?
From your NARI account, choose a plan and press Pay. Paytm opens with the amount filled in. After paying, enter the UPI reference number and the care team confirms it, usually within a few hours.
How soon can I get a slot?
Most requests are confirmed within a few hours, often for the same or next day. Our care coordinator confirms on WhatsApp.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your bookings are visible only to you, your expert and the NARI care coordinator. We never sell or share your data.
Are the experts really verified?
Every professional is licence-verified and reviewed before joining the NARI panel.
Can I see a doctor in person?
Yes. Choose “Clinic visit” when you book and we will arrange a partner clinic near you.
Which cities do you serve?
Video consultations are available anywhere in India. In-person physiotherapy and clinic visits are arranged in Bulandshahr, Noida, Greater Noida and across Delhi NCR (Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad), with home physiotherapy visits on request.
