Lower back and neck pain

Physiotherapy, posture and movement advice, and strengthening for back and neck concerns. Ask NARI Health about physiotherapy and the right starting point for your concern.

What you can discuss

Bring concerns about sitting at work, lifting, caring for a baby or returning to exercise. The physiotherapist can discuss how symptoms affect movement and whether an in-person assessment is needed. Rehabilitation may address strength, activity and work habits according to your assessment rather than prescribing one ideal posture.

Prepare for your appointment

Describe where the pain travels, when it began, any injury and the tasks that make it worse. Tell the clinician about numbness or weakness and bring relevant reports. Choose practical goals such as tolerating desk work or lifting more comfortably.

Assessment and appropriate care

Back pain with new bladder or bowel control changes, loss of feeling around the genitals or significant weakness needs emergency assessment. A routine physiotherapy booking should not delay urgent care.

Online consultations and care near you

Start with a video consultation from anywhere in India. If you prefer in-person care, ask about partner-clinic availability in Bulandshahr, Noida and Delhi NCR. The coordinator must confirm a suitable expert, clinic address, fee and slot before you travel. Some assessments require an in-person visit.

A single video consultation is ₹199. Ongoing plans are ₹799 for 7 days or ₹2,499 for 30 days. Ask what your selected plan includes; clinic visits are quoted separately. Meet the NARI panel or ask the team to help you choose.
