NARI Health is a women led holistic health platform providing physiotherapy, psychology and nutrition consultations in India. Our services are available online and via home visits. We are not a hospital or emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact emergency services immediately.

2. Eligibility

By using our services you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
You are using our services for lawful purposes only
The information you provide to us is accurate and complete

3. Nature of Services

NARI Health provides wellness consultations and holistic health support. Our services are:

Complementary to — not a replacement for — emergency or acute medical care
Delivered by qualified specialists in physiotherapy, psychology and nutrition
Personalized based on the information you share with us

NARI Health does not diagnose or prescribe medication. For medical diagnosis or prescription, please consult a licensed medical doctor.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance through our contact form or WhatsApp
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
NARI Health reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances with prior notice
Missed appointments without notice may be charged at the full session rate

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking
Refunds for unused sessions in a plan may be issued at NARI's discretion, subject to a processing period
Sessions already completed are non-refundable
NARI Health reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice

6. Confidentiality

All health information shared during consultations is treated as strictly confidential. Our specialists are bound by professional confidentiality obligations. 7. Your Responsibilities

As a NARI Health client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and honest information about your health and goals
Follow your specialist's guidance and ask questions if anything is unclear
Treat NARI staff and specialists with respect
Not share login credentials or session access with others
Not use our services to harass, mislead, or harm others

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the NARI Health website — including text, images, branding, and design — is the property of NARI Health and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

NARI Health and its specialists are not liable for:

Any outcomes resulting from failure to follow specialist recommendations
Health outcomes that depend on factors outside our control
Interruption of service due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or plan in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
