A single video consultation is ₹199. The monthly membership is ₹799 a month (auto-renews, cancel any time) or a one-month pass is ₹999 with nothing recurring; both give unlimited consultations. Clinic visits are quoted when you book. Pay through Paytm from your NARI account.

How do I pay?

From your NARI account, choose a plan and press Pay. Paytm opens with the amount filled in. After paying, enter the UPI reference number and the care team confirms it, usually within a few hours.

How soon can I get a slot?

Most requests are confirmed within a few hours, often for the same or next day. Our care coordinator confirms on WhatsApp.

Yes. Your bookings are visible only to you, your expert and the NARI care coordinator. We never sell or share your data.

Video consultations are available anywhere in India. In-person physiotherapy and clinic visits are arranged in Bulandshahr, Noida, Greater Noida and across Delhi NCR (Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad), with home physiotherapy visits on request.

Yes. NARI is built for women, and our physiotherapy panel is led by women. You can ask for a female physiotherapist for pelvic floor, post-natal, PCOS-related or pain-related care, online or at a partner clinic near you.

Is NARI a good option for women's health near me if I am not in a metro?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most of our members consult by video from home, including smaller cities and towns such as Bulandshahr, Khurja and Sikandrabad. Where we have partner clinics, you can choose an in-person visit instead.
