Persistent fatigue and sleep problems
Lifestyle, nutrition and sleep support after possible medical causes have been considered. Ask NARI Health about medical evaluation followed by appropriate nutrition or psychological support and the right starting point for your concern.
What you can discuss
If tiredness persists or affects your day, start by discussing it with a medical clinician. After that assessment, NARI can help you enquire about food routines, daily habits or emotional factors affecting sleep. Support should fit the identified concerns instead of assuming tiredness is simply a lack of motivation.
Prepare for your appointment
Note how long you have felt tired, your sleep pattern, daytime sleepiness, current medicines and other symptoms. Bring any existing investigation results. Describe work or caring schedules so the consultation can focus on changes that are realistic for you.
Assessment and appropriate care
Persistent fatigue can have medical causes. Nutrition advice and sleep routines do not replace assessment or prescribed treatment. Tell a clinician about loud snoring, gasping during sleep or marked daytime sleepiness as these may need further investigation.

Online consultations and care near you
Start with a video consultation from anywhere in India. If you prefer in-person care, ask about partner-clinic availability in Bulandshahr, Noida and Delhi NCR. The coordinator must confirm a suitable expert, clinic address, fee and slot before you travel. Some assessments require an in-person visit.
A single video consultation is ₹199. Ongoing plans are ₹799 for 7 days or ₹2,499 for 30 days. Ask what your selected plan includes; clinic visits are quoted separately. Meet the NARI panel or ask the team to help you choose.
