Chronic pelvic pain
Pelvic physiotherapy and coordinated support alongside medical investigation of persistent pelvic pain. Ask NARI Health about gynaecology and pelvic physiotherapy, with other referrals as needed and the right starting point for your concern.
What you can discuss
Describe pain across your cycle and during sitting, movement, toileting or intimacy. A medical assessment helps investigate possible causes. Where appropriate, pelvic physiotherapy can support movement and function, while psychological support can help with the emotional burden of persistent pain. This does not mean the pain is imagined.
Prepare for your appointment
Bring a symptom timeline and previous reports so you can discuss what has already been investigated. Ask which professional will lead your care, whether another referral is needed and how rehabilitation goals will be reviewed. The aim is a plan relevant to your daily limitations.
Assessment and appropriate care
Pelvic pain has many possible causes and should not automatically be labelled a muscle problem. Sudden severe pain, faintness or pelvic pain with possible pregnancy needs urgent medical assessment rather than a routine callback.

Online consultations and care near you
Start with a video consultation from anywhere in India. If you prefer in-person care, ask about partner-clinic availability in Bulandshahr, Noida and Delhi NCR. The coordinator must confirm a suitable expert, clinic address, fee and slot before you travel. Some assessments require an in-person visit.
A single video consultation is ₹199. Ongoing plans are ₹799 for 7 days or ₹2,499 for 30 days. Ask what your selected plan includes; clinic visits are quoted separately. Meet the NARI panel or ask the team to help you choose.
